We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our automotive YouTube channel space. Your role will involve editing high-quality videos that captivate our audience, enhance viewer engagement, and align with our brand’s vision.
What You will do: Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for our automotive YouTube channel, including car reviews, test drives, tutorials, and industry news. Apply professional color grading, transitions, and special effects to enhance video appeal. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and captions for clarity and engagement. Sync and enhance audio (voiceovers, background music, sound effects) to improve video quality. Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand consistency and creative direction. Provide input on creative storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to maximize viewer retention.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in video editing, preferably in the automotive, motorsports, or tech niche. Proficiency in Pictory, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other professional editing software. Experience with motion graphics and animations (After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies. Ability to work with high-resolution footage (4K/HD) and maintain high production value. Basic audio editing skills, including sound leveling, noise reduction, and synchronization. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free final videos. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
