SEO and Performance: - Analytics overview: identify missing content and where people are falling off which is currently the what/how/why pages. The Who page currently has good engagement/session time. - SEO-friendly structure and content for better search visibility. - Optimized metadata, headings, and alt text for accessibility. - Fast-loading images and minimal use of heavy elements.
Technical Requirements - CMS integration for easy content updates - Secure and scalable hosting solution. - Analytics integration (Google Analytics, heatmaps) to track user behavior where relevant. - Contact form with spam protection.
Deliverables - Wireframes and design mockups for approval. - A fully functional website with a user-friendly backend. - SEO-optimized content structure. - Sitemap: organise structure and navigation of new and existing new content, content overview of each page and get sign off. - Training or documentation for content management for our team.
