Hello, I want to renovate my roof and make it to an airbnb apartment. I already hired an architect to get the permission, but I am not happy with the result. So I am searching someone with more experience at airbnb. So I could send you the floor plan from the architect and tell you, what annoys me and you make some drawing in 2d, which I can forward to the architect. Are you able and willing to do that? Currently I am already renting out two rooms on Airbnb (2. Obergeschoss) and I am pretty happy with it. People can rent both rooms or just one. But this is shared space with my apartment. Now I want to renovate "3. Obergeschoss" and the roof, which is completly new. There are so many things to think of, like a washing machine, the floor etc. Also I am unhappy with what the architect did until now (but she knows the legal requirements). What I am unhappy/unsure about: How man rooms. Most people here (in the city) just want to sleep, for work, concerts, the exhibition or as tourists or party people. About 20% are using the kitchen right now. On third floor is only one seperate bed room, possible would be three (without kitchen or maybe with a very very small kitchen). Also at renting seperate a second (very small?) bathroom could be useful. But it could get too small. Another topic is the high of the roof. It seems unused. Because of the escape route I am not allowed to make another ceiling, but a bunk bed (for parents with kids or above a desk) would be allowed.
