Expected duration: Not sure We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced digital marketing assistant with experience in building Google Ads campaigns, image manipulation and video ad generation.
Building Google Ads Campaigns
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience building Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns, to provided specifications. Responsibilities include meticulously building new campaigns, ensuring all required elements (images, text, sitelinks, etc.) are included and correctly implemented at both the campaign and ad group levels. Extremely high data entry accuracy is essential. This role focuses on campaign building and setup only; ongoing management and optimization will be handled by our in-house experts.
Image Sourcing & Manipulating
A key requirement of this role is proficiency in image sourcing and manipulation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing appropriate imagery for ad campaigns, including utilizing stock photo resources and other online image repositories. Furthermore, experience with image manipulation software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is essential for resizing, cropping, and otherwise optimizing images for various ad formats. Familiarity with AI image generation tools and techniques is also highly desirable, as the candidate will be expected to leverage these tools to create compelling and unique visuals for our campaigns. This includes the ability to generate images from text prompts, edit and refine AI-generated images, and integrate them seamlessly into ad creatives.
Video Ad Creation
Experience in creating video ads specifically for Google Ads display and Performance Max campaigns is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of video ad specifications and best practices for these platforms, including optimal length, format, and aspect ratios. They should be proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and have a demonstrated ability to produce engaging video content tailored for different stages of the marketing funnel. This includes experience creating short, attention-grabbing videos for Performance Max asset groups, as well as longer-form videos for display campaigns. Familiarity with incorporating motion graphics, text overlays, and music into video ads is highly desirable, as is the ability to adapt existing video content for various ad placements.
Excellent English language skills (native or equivalent proficiency) are required.
