Speaking & Podcast Outreach: Contact podcast hosts and event organizers to secure speaking opportunities. CRM & Workflow Updates: Maintain and update system workflows, client communications, and data in GoHighLevel CRM. Who You Are: ✅ Experienced in virtual assistance with a strong background in admin & operations. ✅ Detail-oriented and proactive—able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. ✅ Tech-savvy, comfortable using GoHighLevel CRM or similar systems. ✅ Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills. ✅ Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
