I wish to commission a graphic designer to develop a set of marketing materials for my small business. My company provides painting and decorating services for both commercial and residential clients. I am seeking to refresh my company's branding and better promote our full range of offerings.
The ideal designer will have experience creating logos, stationery, and promotional flyers. Updating our logo to have a cleaner, more modern aesthetic yet still convey our artisanal services is a key goal. Stationery needs include business cards, letterheads, and compliment slips that match the new logo and branding palette. I also require basic one-page, double sided flyers that can be distributed both physically and digitally to highlight our portfolio of interior and exterior painting services.
Additional design capabilities such as creating a simplified company website or promotional video would be advantages but are not essential. The style I envision has a calming, neutral colour scheme with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship conveyed through imagery as well as copy. An understanding of branding and marketing small businesses to both individual consumers and commercial clients is important.
The completed design package should include all source files, allowing me to produce and update materials as needed going forward. Files in Adobe design programs like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are preferred. A prompt turnaround time within two weeks of project kick off is required. Ease of
