We run an online membership subscription program. Been around for a decade, solid sales, but no CRM in place. Looking for somebody who can help us set up a CRM solution.
THIS PROJECT IS JUST FOR RECOMMENDING A SOLUTION. The actual work do set something up will be separate. Basically we're paying you for a sales pitch to tell us why you're the best person to help us set up a CRM. We aren't going to do it ourselves, if your proposal is great, we're hiring you to do it. (not included in this project) ;-)
PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. There's no need to pick maximum bid. Ask for what you think you want to be paid to pitch yourself to set up our CRM. If you want hundreds of dollars to read your proposal, we'll definitely consider it - but also offers to propose a CRM and your services at a lesser cost. Again, this project is just to tell us which CRM and why you are the right person to set it up.
Technology:
1) System runs on Wordpress and Memberpress for memberships. 2) Payments via Stripe and Paypal. 3) E-mail leads collected by Sendy (self hosted e-mail platform). 4) Courses delivered via Learndash (showing data on actual use of lessons) 5) Details about customer collected via ThriveLeads quizzes.
Funnel:
1) Largest lead magnet is free trial for a subscription. Collects e-mails first, then credit card info for trial. 2) Second is collecting e-mails for getting a free basic course.
Both free trial and free basic course get follow up e-mail automated via Sendy.
Analytics:
1) In depth analytics via GTM, lookerstudio, Google Analytics for funnel performance. 2) Manually tracking free trial conversions. 3) Manually tracking lead engagement with the platform: use of courses and customer details from ThriveLeads quizzes. Used in some cases for manual e-mails to convert leads.
Current "CRM":
Spreadsheets tracking leads, trials, conversions. Everything is done manual, aside from above systems.
Goal:
Automate as much of above as possible. Would love to see leads show up in CRM, ideally if possible also sales (though can do manually whatever isn't possible initially in a time / cost effective way).
Want to track leads and conversions, customer interactions.
Ideally self hosted solution. Want to control our data, and not be locked into a subscription - if possible.
Project Scope:
Tell us which CRM we would best use and why. If you were to set this up, what would be the steps involved to install / connect. What type of automation and workflow would result from your CRM recommendation. Cost for you to set it all up. Note we're a 2 person shop and don't have a Fortune 500 budget. ;-)
