Title: Freelance Advertising Sales Specialist for Digital Magazine

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting: Banner advertising placements. Sponsored articles. Native In-Article Advertising Category Sponsorships Identify and engage potential advertisers aligned with our audience and brand values. Craft persuasive proposals and deliver tailored pitch presentations. Negotiate and finalize agreements with advertisers. Provide weekly progress reports, including metrics on lead generation, outreach, and revenue. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of advertiser contacts.
Requirements: Demonstrated success in advertising sales for digital platforms, particularly in publishing or media. Strong understanding of advertising models (e.g., CPM, CPC, fixed sponsorships). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously and achieve quantifiable results. Familiarity with digital advertising tools and current industry trends. Proficiency in leveraging audience analytics and traffic data to inform pitches.
Deliverables: A detailed sales strategy with clear goals and timelines. Achievement of a minimum number of leads generated and advertisers secured. Weekly reports summarizing progress and outcomes.
