OBJECTIVE
The Project is to create a Multi –Hosts, Multi property All in One platform for unified management of their short-term rental properties. Similar to web apps:
1) Host ability to subscribe to the platform and manage their properties on monthly subscription at a small fee 2) Individual hosts dashboard to manage their multiple listings 3) Hosts to add listings, Rooms, Seasonal, Daily, Long-stay Rates, Amenities, etc and manage Availability and prices 4) Unified Calendar to show bookings across OTA’s with price and booking source (See attached calendar for reference) 5) Rates Management/Updating across channels 6) I need Ical Sync – Import/Export to: airbnb, booking.com ,verbo – (For Manual Sync with Cron Setup 7) Channel manager Integration - for automatic sync 8) Housekeeping status (Mark listing as clean/dirty/repair etc) 9) Housekeeping status Notification – Sms/Email notifications to housekeepers to clean rooms 10) Unified Inbox : Auto emails/sms for booking confirmations, reservations etc for hosts to receive when a booking is made on any of the platforms and guest communications 11) Direct booking – host to add booking requests directly on his dashboard (for walkins /calls etc) and booking to block calendar on otas 12) Invoicing/Finance reports
