There are Four elements to the business model, the primary one being Coaching of project managers, this is not a mentoring business, there are fundamental difference between coaching and mentoring.
Note* I will break down the three models further in my requirements the information in this section is a summary
Model 1 – Project Manager Coaching:
Coaching – Is providing tools, framework and developing skills to achieve results. It addresses challenges, such as Stakeholder management, risk management, budget management or planning. This I the service I will be offering, not mentoring
Model 2- CV Writing Coaching Service:
My service is not to write the CV’s for the candidate but coach the candidate how to create a compelling, well written CV. Give them the skills so its repeatable for them.
Model 3 - Interview Coaching & Preparation – Coaching clients through preparation for project management job interviews and carrying out mock interviews.
Model 4 – Enterprise Customers:
Models 1 and 2 are geared up for individuals, however I will be offering a 3rd service to enterprise customers that could be a company as small as 5 employee or 10’s of thousands.
The services for enterprise clients will be as follows:
Model 3.1 – Coaching of Project Managers – Same as Model 1 above but will also offer a discount for multiple staff bookings. Bespoke pricing
Model 3.2 – Project Health check service (assurance service) – A bespoke service to provide a health check on new or existing projects – Bespoke pricing depending on scope of work
Model 3.3 – Project Consultancy, looking at existing processes and framework, and helping organisations delivery better outcomes through implementation of practice frameworks and processes. Bespoke pricing depending on scope
Needs to have full digital marketing strategy including copywriting, with a big focus on linkedin - read the word document before the excel - the excel contains all the detailed requirements |
