Proficiency with industry-standard design software is expected.

The designer hired will work closely with our content and marketing teams to comprehend manuscripts and ensure covers are aligned with promotional strategies. Several rounds of conceptualization, refinement and approval will be involved for each title.

Graphic design degree or similar qualification is preferred. Salary will depend on portfolio quality and relevant experience. All intellectual property rights for created covers will belong to my company.
