I have an e-commerce website that I am hosting on WPEngine, however they have insisted that I cannot use the shared server as my website is too large (85gb) and have to pay for an individual server (£300 per month).
They have deactived my website, please see image attached. I need to get it back up and running by either reducing the size, there is a development website that is also being hosted on the platform and that is 30gb so the main site is 50gb. So I'm not sure if I can delete that/I don't think it is a good idea.
I can delete some plugins on my website? I need some guidance, or I need to find another hosting provider that is cheaper and I need help moving the website.
