We have a WordPress site. We use forms for clients which we email over and they email stuff back, we want to create a version that's online and editable that would than generate that entered inti fields in our master template.
1. I would like to develop a dynamic form which clients can enter details into and upload photos of documents for various fields 2. The form must be able to: a) require client to enter the last 3 digits of their phone number as security before entering; b) we can send form to clients using phone app via text message or if it's easier via email where we put in client's name, address and reference. number and phone number 3. once form submitted to us the data is placed into relevant boxes in the master Word template and is available for us to download and check before we email to clients
Let us know if you can do this and how you aim to, what third party apps you will require us to have and we will need to pay for if any apart from our current hosting.
