There is a problem with the checkout, where upon payment completion, many customers are not being directed to the thank you page. Instead, they remain on the checkout page and in many cases mistakenly pay again. The Order Received endpoint is pointing to the correct page.
We need a developer with expertise in payment gateways and checkouts to resolve the issue.
The issue cannot be replicated on a staging site or with the payment gateways in sandbox mode and so must be fixed on the live site.
