Hi I need some help with creating Zendesk Knowledge Base/Helpdesk articles. I have created the content but rather than have one page of text I want to make the Q and A collapsible so the reader clicks on the question and then the answer appears. If I send you the Q and As I have written please could you send me screenshots step by step showing how to format so the Q and A are collapsible and also how to upload to Zendesk so the articles go live.
