We need someone with strong experience in WordPress who can fix some errors on our site, on both mobile and desktop. This includes optimising:
Largest Contentful Paint First Contentful Paint Time to First Byte
We also need to add alt text to a large number of images so we'd be looking for someone with a workaround/plugin that could do this efficiently. Some images will also need explicit width and height dimensions.
We've used PageSpeed Insights to measure this so we can provide assistance and highlight issues.
