4) CLUB TEMPLATE _ If you have a Great Real Estate Investment club Templates -- that we can re use that is great as well ( only thing I live in the cayman islands and we DO NOT pay income tax , So you dont have to watch out for Taxes in the agreement

a) Set up a New company ( I currently have one , but one you advise to set up one new for this project? Do you use legal zoom or you would have a sample Corporation Template as well that will have Memorandum of Understanding and Articles of Association ?)
b) What is the diff would be best for my to set up a REI club or a Trust?
I will want to raise $475,000 in order to PUrchase Land, Build a Spec Home for this Price . Then with the economy the way it is . We hope to be able to sell it back in a year for $575,000
So if we are only asking $15,000 investment. That means we will have to have roughtly about 39 persons or so dont have my calculator here. So you can explain that
