Both client and broker dashboards should provide a real-time view of pending and funded deals. The selected developer will have full access to customize the frontend and backend as needed. Their work will encompass the entire website development lifecycle from design to deployment. The goal is to replicate the professional services and digital experience of top online lenders. Future phases may involve integrating additional loan products, customizing underwriting rules, or building out an API.
