We are a purpose-driven organisation delivering courses, certifications, and qualifications in the outdoor and therapeutic space. We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can take the lead in shaping our social media strategy, generate impactful content, and drive engagement.
You will lead our social media efforts. This includes developing and posting posts and daily stories that offer an unscripted, behind-the-scenes look at our team, programmes, and values. You'll work closely with our small, and mostly part time, team. In addition, you will manage our Facebook and Google Ads, optimising a small budget through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
This role requires 12 hours per month, spread over the week, with potential to grow. Ideally, you’ll dedicate one hour on Mondays for planning and approximately 30 minutes per day, although we are open to other working patterns.
You’ll also participate in a monthly marketing meeting with our team to help you to generate engaging content based on whats happening in our organisation.
