Example Workflow
STEP 1:
AUTOMATIC PULL FROM CALENDAR NEXT WEEKS INTERVIEWS - email addresses, dates, zoom details for the next week - Google api
STEP 2: Database Sheets Population:
MANUAL Populate the database with new interviews details, including title of interview, raw content
STEP 3:
Run python code/open ai integration in code - we have a working version here
Enrich fields (subject, institution, country) using automated parsing.
Generate blurbs and questions for each interview using GPT.
STEP 4:
Automatically send interview questions via email.
STEP 5:
Once editing completed, these rows will be manually inputted with embed code and they are good to go.
STEP 6: Daily Automation (Monday-Friday):
Publish 16 posts daily based on the enriched data.
STEP 7: AUTOMATION GENERATUES URL, AND ENTERS EMAIL CHAIN UPDATING VIA SHEETS/ZAP
