(I NEED TO HOST MY WEBSITE/ FORM FOR FREE AND BE ABLE TO STORE THE DATA INFO - ANY IDEA IS GOOD- I NEED IT DONE IN MAX 2-3 HOURS THATS WHY THE PAY IS HIGH)
I have an HTML file that contains HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a single code. I’m trying to upload it to Netlify to save form data, but it’s not working as expected. Here’s what I’ve done and the issue I’m facing:
The File and Structure: I have an index.html file located in a folder. When I open the file locally on my computer (via desktop), everything works perfectly – the form and all functionality work as intended.
Uploading to Netlify: When I upload the folder containing index.html to Netlify, the page also works there, but no form data is being saved. I’ve tried adding Netlify-specific attributes to the "form" tag, as per their documentation:

The Problem: When I add the Netlify attributes and upload the file again, the page stops working on Netlify. I get a 404 error when trying to access it, even though it still works locally on my computer. It seems like something goes wrong when I add the Netlify-specific attributes, but I don’t understand why.
What I Need Help With: Could you please take a look at my index.html file and see if I’ve missed something? I don’t want to change anything in the functionality or styling – all I want is for Netlify to be able to save the form data. I’m unsure if I’ve implemented the Netlify attributes correctly or if there’s something else I need to adjust.
