Compliance: - Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations. - Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant HR policies and procedures. - Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Manage employee records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
