### **Requirements:** - Proven experience in merchandise or graphic design. - A portfolio showcasing quirky and creative designs. - Knowledge of print-ready formats and manufacturing processes. - Strong communication skills for collaboration and feedback.

### **Deliverables:** - Designs for at least 3-5 product types to start. - Guidance on material selection and production-ready files.
