Proven experience as a Reverse Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or career coach with a focus on senior-level placements. Strong knowledge of the European job market, especially in Spain and remote opportunities. Exceptional networking and communication skills to engage with hiring managers and recruiters. Expertise in crafting standout resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. A track record of successfully helping clients secure positions in competitive job markets. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
