Many of our clients live overseas. We want to generate leads weekly ________________________________________ Scope of Work 1. Website Re-Development • Re-Design: o Modern, professional, and responsive website reflecting the brand identity. o Easy-to-navigate interface with seamless functionality. o Mobile-first design for accessibility on all devices. • Core Features: o Property Listings Page must be copied over to Display current properties with filtering options. o Lead Capture Funnel: Strategically placed forms (JOTFORMS) integrated with a CRM or new email marketing system.
• CMS Integration: o Incorporate a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar). o Allow for easy updates to property listings, blogs, and announcements. o Provide training materials or sessions for in-house team management. ________________________________________ 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • On-Page SEO: o Optimize metadata, headers, and keywords for relevant search terms. o Add alt text for images and ensure all content is search-engine friendly. • Technical SEO: o Implement fast-loading pages, secure HTTPS protocol, and mobile optimization. • Content Strategy: o Develop a blog and news channel featuring real estate trends, tips, and local UK market insights. o Optimize for keywords and Google My Business. ________________________________________ 3.
