We want them to improve our current website and social media presence with as much cross over and integration as possible. We target portfolio Landlords who own property in the United Kingdom. Many of our clients live overseas. We want to generate leads weekly ________________________________________ Scope of Work 1. Website Re-Development • Re-Design: o Modern, professional, and responsive website reflecting the brand identity. o Easy-to-navigate interface with seamless functionality. o Mobile-first design for accessibility on all devices. • Core Features: o Property Listings Page must be copied over to Display current properties with filtering options. o Lead Capture Funnel: Strategically placed forms (JOTFORMS) integrated with a CRM or new email marketing system.
• CMS Integration: o Incorporate a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar). o Allow for easy updates to property listings, blogs, and announcements. o Provide training materials or sessions for in-house team management. ________________________________________ 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • On-Page SEO: o Optimize metadata, headers, and keywords for relevant search terms. o Add alt text for images and ensure all content is search-engine friendly. • Technical SEO: o Implement fast-loading pages, secure HTTPS protocol, and mobile optimization. • Content Strategy: o Develop a blog and news channel featuring real estate trends, tips, and local UK market insights. o Optimize for keywords and Google My Business. ________________________________________ 3.
