Job Summary: Quantum Clinic is seeking a proactive and skilled SEO and Website Developer to optimize and maintain our website, built on React Next.js and hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven, with a proven track record in improving page performance and search engine rankings. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of updates, and ensures our website consistently delivers an exceptional user experience while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization:
Audit the site to identify and eliminate redundancies and unnecessary code.
Improve site speed, load times, and overall user experience.
Debug and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality and SEO.
Provide actionable recommendations for key code replacements (2-3 areas) to enhance performance.
SEO Enhancement:
Implement best practices for SEO, including optimizing meta tags, keywords, structured data, and internal linking.
Monitor and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
Stay current with algorithm updates to ensure consistent SEO performance.
Proactive Website Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain the React Next.js framework and AWS hosting environment.
Ensure the website remains secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
Proactively recommend and implement innovations to enhance functionality and user experience.
Collaboration and Transition Support:
Work with the team to ensure a smooth website transition, managing admin email controls and AWS hosting setup.
Review and document the existing codebase for seamless handoffs and updates.
Align website improvements with business objectives by collaborating with the team.
Communicate technical updates clearly to ensure non-technical stakeholders understand changes and their impact.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience with React Next.js and Amazon Web Hosting (AWS).
Expertise in website optimization and SEO strategies.
Demonstrated success in enhancing site speed, performance, and search engine rankings.
Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
Skills and Competencies
Proactive mindset: Consistently takes initiative to keep the website secure, updated, and high-performing.
Technical expertise: Advanced coding skills with modern frameworks and hosting solutions.

Interviews will be conducted the week of January 20th.
Additional Requirements
Submit a detailed review of the current Quantum Clinic website, highlighting areas for improvement (Audit).
Provide examples of past successes in SEO optimization and website performance enhancements.
Review and assess the existing codebase and hosting setup to demonstrate technical expertise.
