We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our team and help us streamline our hiring processes and ensure we are attracting and retaining top talent.
As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure we are attracting the right candidates.
You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and enforcing company policies. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and employment laws. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
