I’m looking for a highly skilled Airtable expert to help me solve occasional technical challenges and optimize my databases. The work will be on an as-needed basis: whenever I’m stuck with a configuration, formula, automation, or integration issue, I’d like to rely on your expertise and quick turnaround. There are multiple websites (5 total) using a similar data structure, so this could be a long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Airtable issues (configurations, complex formulas, views, etc.) - Improve database structures and relational links between multiple tables - Set up or optimize automations in Airtable (potentially using Make) - Integrate third-party solutions (e.g., image compression, email validation, etc.) - (Bonus) Assist with Softr configurations that integrate with Airtable
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Airtable (especially relational databases, automations, advanced formulas) - Ability to respond quickly and propose effective solutions - Nice to have: Familiarity with Softr and Make - Solid communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to a non native english speaker
Collaboration Details
- Work style: On-demand support for specific tasks or issues - First step: A short trial to address 2 immediate Airtable challenges - Tools & Communication: Slack (primary ideally), Notion (for notes and instructions), Google Hangouts or Loom (for demos/briefings), and WhatsApp (if needed) - Budget: Open to proposals (hourly or per-task rate) - Potential for a multi-month partnership, given the number of websites needing similar database setups
