Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end candidate sourcing process across multiple job platforms and networks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Assist in coordinating interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations. Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related fields. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
