I am seeking a skilled data analyst associate to help improve business decision making through insights derived from data. The successful candidate will have experience cleansing, organizing and analyzing various forms of structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources. They will conduct comprehensive exploratory analysis to discover valuable patterns, trends, and relationships within our data assets. The analyst will also build predictive models and data visualizations to help communicate complex information to our stakeholders in an intuitive and visually appealing manner.
The selected freelancer will work closely with our product and marketing teams to better understand their needs and goals. They will develop and execute data analysis strategies to provide actionable and data-driven recommendations across various functions such as customer acquisition and retention, pricing optimization, operational efficiency, and new product development. Strong communication and presentation skills are required to disseminate data-backed findings and their business implications. Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python/R and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for deriving insights, solving problems creatively through data, and playing a key role in evidence-based decision making.
