What You'll Do
1. Customer Service: - Answer customer inquiries by phone, messages, and email. - Speak basic English confidently and understand Australian English accents.
2. Booking Management: - Use our ServiceM8 system to manage bookings and schedule cleaners.
3. Phone Support: - Start with fewer calls and gradually take on more. - Use a provided script for calls with customers or potential clients.
4. Office Tasks: - Enter data and keep records organized.

Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred. - Basic English for handling bookings and customer service. - Tools: A computer, internet connection, and a headset with a microphone. - Smartphone: iPhone recommended (Android also works) for ServiceM8.

Working Hours
- Usual hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+10, Brisbane time), but you can work a few hours a day that fit your lifestyle. - Respond to calls within 15 minutes during your working hours.

Pay
- Training period hourly rate: Approx. AUD 10/hour (GMT+10, Brisbane time). - After training: - AUD 2 per phone call. - AUD 1.50 per booking entered. - AUD 1.50 per online quote issued. - AUD 1.50 per troubleshooting call. - Monthly bonus: Up to AUD 50 based on customer feedback (GMT+10, Brisbane time).
