At V.P Consulting, our mission is to empower individuals to transform their lives through entrepreneurship and real estate. As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in sharing our vision, creating impactful content, and connecting with audiences who aspire to unlock their potential.
Your Role
* Collaborate with Editors: Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials to editors and follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. * Team Coordination: Work closely with the social media team to foster collaboration and efficiency. * Recruit and Grow Talent: Attract, onboard, and manage new team members, building a dynamic and innovative social media team. * Content Planning: Strategically plan and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maintain consistency and drive engagement. * Attention to Detail: Oversee the quality of posts and materials, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission and standards.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in social media management or a related role. * Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. * Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Monday, Asana) and social media platforms is a plus.
