Hello. We are looking for someone to mock up two or three 3D designs/ options for our garden studio. We would like it to serve as an office space and also a spare bedroom, when required. We would therefore like to fit in space for a desk and space for a sofa bed and small bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). The garden is approx 7.5m wide. We would like the studio to go where the garage was previously which hopefully is visible on the photos. We would like to leave space to the left of the studio (if looking at it from the house) to keep the feeling of depth / space and also allow access through the gate that is there to the back lane. The space we have allocated for the studio is 3.54m wide and 4.64m long (so the short end is facing the house). This is the total space so the internal space available is 3.18 m x 4.28 as the walls need to be 18cm thick. The height needs to be no more than 2m and the roof flat. We would like it clad in wood. We wondered about crittal doors or windows at the end facing the house and on the side. We like the style of the attached studio but unfortunately it is configured with the long end facing the house which we don’t have space for, though perhaps a similar look might be possible. Another thought we had was having 2x large windows at desk height facing the house with a built in desk there (so 2x windows of 1.8mx1m and 1x1m) and then access through french doors on the side.
