Hello, everyone! I represent two growing companies: www.ooberkidsrepublic.com and kidswithbrains.co.uk
With the help with very talented and enthusiastic tutors, we organise:
1) science after school clubs in some primary schools
2) science birthday party
3) science camps
And we need a personal assistant (remote work possible) to
help us co-ordinate all the three activities listed above. The successful candidates' duties will include
GENERAL
1) answering emails
2) helping with invoices
2a) liaise with the tutors/schools
BIRTHDAY PARTIES WORK
3) answering booking emails by
3a) checking availability on our birthday diary
3b) co-ordinating which of our party tutor can fulfil engagements
3c) liaising with clients and tutors in the run up of the birthday parties
CAMP WORK
4) help me update the website for every half term and summer camp AND preparing posters and FB as well as Instagram post. You will also be in charge of promoting the camp with the relevant local parents groups
4a) preparing the daily registers by 6pm the day before each day. e.g.: when we run camps, the Monday register must be emailed by 6pm on Sunday, the Tuesday register must be emailed by 6pm on Monday, etc.
4b) liaise with parents emailing me during the half term/science camps
4c) update the booking platform whenever we launch a new camp
This role requires
a strong work ethic
initiative and creativity
good listening skills
flawless oral and written English
An interest in the natural sciences is preferable but not necessary.
