Tasks for the Developer: API Research and Selection: Identify APIs from the listed sources. Ensure they provide the required data. Confirm if the APIs require authentication (API key, token). API Integration: Configure API endpoints for match stats and player data. Ensure data is pulled correctly in JSON format. Data Mapping: Map API data to match the assistant's analysis criteria. Ensure compatibility with analysis tools. Error Handling and Logging: Set up error responses for API failures. Ensure smooth data flow and retry mechanisms for failed calls. Documentation: Provide clear documentation explaining: How the API endpoints work How data flows into the assistant How to update or change API keys
Technical Requirements: Experience with REST APIs Familiarity with JSON format Knowledge of sports data APIs (bonus if experienced with football data APIs) Ability to ensure real-time or near-real-time data accuracy Documentation in clear English
