Expected duration: More than 6 months The HR specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The HR specialist will work closely with the HR department to ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and providing regular reports to the HR department. The HR specialist will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines. They will also be required to stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
