Some key requirements include lightening the colour scheme with a fresh coat of light grey paint on the walls and white trim. New furnishings must be selected such as a comfortable upholstered armchair, loveseat, and accent tables crafted from smooth blond wood to match. Flooring will be refreshed with a plush grey broadloom carpet. Lighting is paramount and needs an update with a graceful chandelier along with table and floor lamps. Additionally, the bathroom must be fully overhauled with a new grey tile floor and white cabinets, plus fixtures like a spacious vanity sink and sleek freestanding soaking tub.
