We’re transitioning from our original brand, Girec Ltd, and need a new logo that reflects our updated name while maintaining brand recognition and continuity.
Project Objective We need a sleek, professional, and modern logo that conveys our global reach, industry expertise, and commitment to helping organizations succeed. The logo should align with our highly specialized and technical niche.
Key Design Requirements
Retain the Existing ‘G’ Element
The distinctive ‘G’ from Girec Ltd’s logo must be incorporated into the new design. This is critical for brand crossover and recognition. Please ensure the existing ‘G’ is not significantly altered. Incorporate Our New Name. Logo attached.
The full name, Geo Expert Search, must feature prominently in the primary logo.
Design Themes
Reflect our focus on geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, using subtle design elements that symbolize: Global reach (e.g., globe shapes, circular designs, or gridlines). Geological/environmental aspects (abstract, not literal, e.g., patterns or textures inspired by nature). The design should feel clean, innovative, and professional.
Colour Scheme
Use the green and black tones from our current branding: check LinkedIn and see logo's attached. Green: Symbolizing growth, sustainability, and innovation. Black: Representing professionalism and authority.
Typography
Clean and modern sans-serif fonts that complement the ‘G’. Must look professional and approachable.
Versatility
The logo should be adaptable across various platforms (website, LinkedIn, social media, business cards, etc.). Provide scalable formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG) and versions in colour, black-and-white, and transparent background.
