I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create an interactive 2D technical drawing tool. This tool will enable users to input specific parameters (e.g., blind size, bracket type, fabric type/thickness, tube size, bottom bar size) and dynamically update a base drawing to reflect the changes.
Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with SVG manipulation and DOM manipulation Understanding of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus Ability to create a user-friendly interface Knowledge of libraries like D3.js or p5.js is beneficial The tool should:
Allow users to input parameters via a web interface. Calculate and update the provided SVG drawing based on the input values. Generate a downloadable version of the updated drawing as a PDF or CAD file that includes all the key dimensions Output the calculated rollup diameter
We will provide the base CAD drawings for the products, which you will need to modify to make dynamic. See attached snip from example drawing showing the components.
There will be approx 20 different combinations of drawings. We can provide all the different combinations in an excel file.
