Key duties include document preparation, filing, and tracking progress across milestones. The Back-office Coordinator organizes all project materials and ensures seamless access and retrieval. Timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently monitored to keep initiatives on schedule. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders keeps everyone informed on project status. Contracts, reports, and other key documents are correctly stored and maintained. Presentations, updates, and additional materials are expertly assembled. General office tasks are also competently handled when needed.
