Structure and functionalities The website should be built from the following sections and features: Homepage • Overview of key messages, including mission, vision and USPs. • Direct navigation links to important pages, such as services and client login. Services page • Description of the five main services: Personal coaching, training and workshops, mediation to employers, aftercare and support, and the ELO. • Possibility to click through for more detailed information per service. Electronic Learning Environment (ELO) • Separate page to present the advantages of the ELO. • Explanation of available courses, reports, and other features. • Login button for existing clients that directs them to a secure portal. Login environment for Clients • Secure login functionality with username and password. • Dashboard for clients where they: o Be able to see progress in trajectories. o Online training and courses. o Receive messages and updates from their coach. About Us • Information about the mission, vision, core values and the team. • Successes and testimonials from previous clients. Contact page • Contact form for new registrations. • Location data, phone number, and email address. • Option to request an intake interview via a special form. ________________________________________ 3.
