The business runs a commercial property site with multiple units that are rented for months or years to small businesses that need a convenient and flexible place to work.
We would like a single platform that enables us to present our products and services to potential clients via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with potential customers we have already identified.
A contact would have a name, phone number, email address, and business requirements.
The property has a single location with multiple workspaces that range from 250m2 down to 15m2 that can be used for a huge variety of business uses down to simply storage in a shipping container. Each space would need to be presented with at least a photograph. site location, unit size and basic terms.
We are looking for a single platform per location that can take an enquiry through to a customer presenting their business to the rest of the businesses in the same location or potentially marketing what they do from our platform, which may attract new customers to our location.
We have existing properties presented in Wordpress but its just not working for us and we want a fresh start.
We would like to create an enquiry and manage a simple process from initial enquiry through to agreeing business terms.
We have 3 existing sites and 2 more we plan to open in 2025.
Ideally we would like to work with someone with experience in commercial real estate that has good understanding of the sales process and how to manage a small number of customers.
Typically we will need 100 enquiries to create 50 potential clients to deliver 20 new customers. Each customer may be with us for a minimum of 6 months but many have been with us for more than 10 years.
This is a private company with a very specific target customer that will be looked after. Equally we don't do business with idiots or difficult individuals.
