The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our LPO services by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Identify and analyze potential markets, clients, and industry trends.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads by leveraging networking, research, and digital tools.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, law firms, and in-house legal teams.
Understand client needs and provide tailored LPO solutions to address their specific challenges.
Sales & Business Development:
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals for clients.
Provide input on service offerings and market positioning to align with client demands.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on sales metrics, business activities, and market trends.
Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the LPO, BPO, or legal services industry.
Strong understanding of the LPO industry, legal practices, and outsourcing models.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of international markets and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal research, or document review processes.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
