I have a UK exclusivity deal to import a product from China, which occupies a nice market niche. At first, I just want to dropship and sell via Amazon to test the market, with a view to importing and holding stock in the UK if the orders come flying in. If this goes well I envisage becoming multichannel, so I need someone with experience across various ecommerce platforms.
I need someone experienced and with a good track record. I'm an MBA who has had a successful business career, so I want to work with someone who is ultra-professional, but e-commerce isn't my field, hence I want to bring a subject matter expert onboard.
The role will involve setting up and managing the Amazon store in the first instance and I need someone who understands and is experienced with all aspects of e-commerce from supplier integration to marketing, SEO and paid ads.
I envisage you spending roughly 10 hours a month on this in the beginning. I can pay 30 GBP an hour and will also consider a bonus/profit share if things go well.
I ideally need someone based in the UK, preferably with access to London, as I envisage us meeting in person from time to time if the business takes off.
