We are looking for a skilled and experienced accounting and invoicing helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Xero and Excel and be able to work independently to manage our accounting and invoicing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our accounting system, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting - Prepare and send invoices to our clients - Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices - Reconcile bank statements - Assist with financial analysis and budgeting - Provide support to our team and clients
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills
