A freelancer is sought to redesign a 10 page presentation booklet for a residential property. The existing InDesign file showcases a house and its inhabitants. With this booklet we want to apply for new owners. The booklet needs to look modern and chic. I wish to modernize aspects of the design to portray a more authentic representation of the property. Specifcally, the table on pages 7-8 could be enhanced. We have architectural details like windows or decorative flourishes found on the home. Numbering pages with such elements would lend an artisanal quality. Beyond stylistic tweaks, a custom logo is requested utilizing flames from grafity adorning the house with the text "Wiener 20". This emblem would be placed prominently on the cover page to establish a refinedyet distinctive brand. The successful applicant will have experience revising InDesign layouts as well as extracting images and motifs to craft an elegant logo integrating the client's vision. Graphic design skills are necessary to elegantly showcase photographic contentand translate structural aspects into visual elements that maintain professionalismwhile imbuing personality.
