Project Summary: Meeting Document Automation in Microsoft Teams
I am looking for a developer to create a solution that automates the generation of documents after meetings in Microsoft Teams. The goal is to improve my personal productivity by creating documents such as:
Formatted Transcription in Word. Meeting Minutes, with information on who spoke, what was said, and at what times. Activity Summary, with tasks mentioned during the meeting. The solution should extract the native transcription from Teams. Transcription is not available in both the web and desktop versions, so the choice of whether to use the Teams web or desktop version will be made by the developer, based on their experience and the reliability of the solution.
If the meeting is in English, the solution should also generate an additional translation into Portuguese.
The application can run:
Locally, using the installed Microsoft Teams and Word on the computer. In the browser, using the web version of Teams and Word, depending on the developer's choice to ensure the most reliable solution. The application will be used exclusively for my personal productivity, running with my personal credentials, which will be logged in daily. It will not be commercialized.
Technical Requirements:
The application can be developed in Python or another language, depending on the developer's recommendation. It must be compatible with Windows and capable of running in the background (local or browser).
