2.Menu visibility in screen - Issue: Screen menu is not visible. IT has turned out to be a overlay issue, ie what order the menus are displaye. Wrong menu is displayed in one screen specifically in both ios and nadroid - Fix Required: Resolve ovelay issue-order issue to match the intended design and functionality.
3.Menu visibility in screen - Issue: a half button is showed but should be whole. - Fix Required: make the whole button visible.
The above work took 4 hours to resolve yesterday from 5am to 08.30 am, but the developer requested payment in advance which is against PPH rules and also against any sensible developer. The wors of all it is peanuts in money but here is a principle of working correctly and structured. He probably had issues with money and then developers usually start accusing the customer for not paying. I am used to it when I work with asia, but in Europe we focus on getting things fast and go to market instead of fooling people. We see the big picture instead of peanuts.

Disqualification Criteria 1. Unethical Behavior: - Attempts to request payment before testing and verification. - Inflated time or cost estimates for straightforward tasks. 2. Inexperience: Lack of demonstrated expertise in Flutter and Native iOS development. 3. Unprofessional Communication: Poor attitude or lack of respect for collaborative efforts.
A Note from the Client This project has seen setbacks due to unprofessional behavior. The last developer completed the task in just 4 hours, yet refused to push the code for testing until additional payments were made. Subsequent developers have quoted 40 hours for the same task, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a seasoned professional with 46 years of experience in the software industry, I have little patience for unethical practices. Developers engaging in such behavior are not welcome to apply. The focus here is on delivering results efficiently, fairly, and professionally. If you can uphold these standards, I look forward to collaborating with you.
If your intention is to "milk the cow" and inflate costs, please do not apply. Such behavior tarnishes your reputation and damages client trust. However, if you value long-term professional relationships and fair dealings, I encourage you to submit your proposal.
Let’s work together to get this project back on track.
