Freelancer will have to let me know , when I should be expecting a RECIEPT or CETIFICATE of DISSOLUTION of the ORGANISATION once you / the Freelancer have completed your taks
Because obviously i would want to release the $100.00 payment until I have something in Hand that is OFFICIALLY from the State of Delaware proving that the LLC is effectively DISSOLVED before releasign the payments
Again I have a LLC in DELAWARE and I am from the Cayman islands and not longer want this LLC
So again I wan someone that will send me a Audio that shows that they speak good English and can get this done
Again the Person must the USA TAX SYSTEM ---- must be someone like a TAX ATTORNEY or have great TESTIMONIALS showining that they got this done for their clients
