Job Description: Mass Call Dispatch Solution Development Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced developer to build a solution for mass call dispatch. The goal is to automate outbound calls using virtual numbers and efficiently manage the call flow. The project will involve integrating various APIs and handling virtual number management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a mass call dispatch system capable of handling a high volume of outbound calls. Integrate with services like Twilio, Plivo, or similar to manage call dispatching. Manage and configure multiple virtual numbers for efficient outbound call campaigns. Set up automated schedules and retry mechanisms for call handling. Ensure the system scales well with a growing number of calls and numbers. Requirements:
Experience with API integration, particularly Twilio or Plivo. Familiarity with VoIP technologies and SIP protocols. Ability to manage virtual phone numbers efficiently. Knowledge of call automation and scheduling tools. Prior experience with Asterisk or similar PBX systems is a plus. Preferred Skills:
Experience with Python, Node.js, or similar for backend development. Strong understanding of automated call workflows and customer call campaigns. Ability to provide technical support and documentation for the developed solution. Project Type:
